The personal website of Christopher Maler, award winning horticulturist, garden designer, and consultant. Chris is the Senior Director of Horticulture at Flamingo Gardens Botanical Garden in Davie Fl. He is a native Floridian, and has been in horticulture in Broward county since 1988. His professional work includes all aspects of horticulture from managing a nursery, arbor care, commercial and residential landscape design, maintenance, and estate gardening on everything from mobile homes to multi-million dollar estates. When he isn't working with plants, Chris enjoys reading speculative fiction and listening to blues, rock, and metal music.
